The workshop will last about 2 and a half hours and will take place in a large kitchen of a typical farmhouse in a truly realistic atmosphere! Equipped with a “rolling pin” and a pastry board, you will learn how to make this particular bread that the farmers prepared almost daily to replace the classic loaf. The cake will be cooked under the embers in the fireplace, thus respecting the ancient tradition of local families. Listen to me! Follow the instructions to the letter…otherwise what tradition is it? Then the cake will be filled as it once was with cold cuts. Isn’t that enough for you? Here you are satisfied: There will also be potatoes roasted under the ashes!

Then, always following the gestures of the housewife, you will have to cut the dough with a certain skill and create the tagliatelle. They must be good because then you will cook and eat them with compliments from your teacher!
